Delete your Stvio account

Delete from the app

1. Open Stvio and sign in.
2. Open Profile, then About and settings.
3. Select Delete account and follow the verification steps.

The request begins immediately after it is accepted, and you will be signed out.

Request deletion without the app

Email us from the address connected to your account. Include your Stvio username and, if your account uses a phone number, only its last four digits. We may ask you to verify account ownership before processing the request.

Never send your password, one-time verification code, or full phone number.

Data that is deleted

• Profile details and profile photo
• Playlists and saved videos
• Friendships, requests, blocks, and notification registrations
• One-to-one conversations, shared songs, and chat media
• Active shared-session data

Limited retention

Safety reports may be retained for up to 180 days when needed to investigate abuse, protect users, or meet legal obligations. A minimal deletion receipt may be retained for up to 90 days. We do not create a separate backup for deleted accounts. Data may remain temporarily in service-provider disaster-recovery backups until normal rotation, and is not restored to the live service except as part of disaster recovery.
